Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services provided by CallSaver, a service of Prosimian Labs LLC ("CallSaver," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is subject to the terms of our Terms of Service and any applicable Master Service Agreement.

2. Free Trial

CallSaver offers a seven (7) day free trial period for new subscriptions. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will commence.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your CallSaver subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal at app.callsaver.ai/settings/billing or by contacting our support team.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you elected annual billing, you have committed to the full annual term. Early termination of an annual subscription does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees. You may switch from annual to monthly billing at the end of your current annual term.
  • No partial refunds: All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided below.

  • Service issues: If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using CallSaver for an extended period, you may request a service credit by contacting support@callsaver.ai. Credit requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
  • One-time fees: Implementation fees, setup fees, and onboarding fees are non-refundable and due upon commencement of service.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription:

  • Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will cease.
  • All outstanding fees become immediately due.
  • Your data will be available for export for thirty (30) days after termination.
  • After the 30-day export period, your data will be securely deleted, except as required by law. Deletion may take up to 90 days due to backup systems.

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
