To submit a verifiable consumer request to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale/sharing, contact us at legal@callsaver.aiwith the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may require you to provide information sufficient to confirm you are the person about whom we collected information.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide signed written permission from you and may be required to verify their own identity.
9.5 California “Shine the Light” (Civil Code §1798.83)
California Civil Code §1798.83 entitles California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
